SI DEFENSE MULTI-USE maybe? I am not for sure on this one.  I would send them a copy of that photo of your lower receiver when you mail the form back

Sometimes the model is included where the manufacturer's name and state are engraved...

I would include photos of both sides of the receiver with any engraving clearly visible when you send it back.  If you find a model number, mark "ar15" out with one line, write in the new one and initial it.

If things are still functioning as they have been, once you send it back in, you should have your stamp in about 2 weeks.  So there's an upside to that.

Just think, if there was a mistake on an E-file, there is no correction loop and you go back to the bottom of the pile.

It seems your lower did not come with a model number. So when you put "AR15" on the form, you gave it one. You will need to engrave "AR15" on your lower when you make it.

I would leave that box blank and send a pic of the lower to them. One more reason to stick with name brand when buying a ar15

I would think it has to have a name. Like PA-15, LAR-15 or ST-15.

I've built all my SBRs but. The lowers had some type of name.

I built this rifle

Built as in bought the pieces and assembled them or built as in bought a 80% lower And used machining tools to actually manufacture the lower?

I just looked at the website and the lowers have different roll marks now, but the name is clearly. SI-C

I thought that was part of the serial number because it's right before it for example SI-C 0000473.  I should have sbr'd my spikes tactical that lower has the ST-15 model number, maybe I'll just send this back and just engrave AR15 on the lower to save myself some aggravation

The one on their website has it in the serial too. I can't imagine they were able to get a marking variance without having some sort of model name.

Call the manufacture of the lower and ask them,.

Nope, looks to me like SI-C is the model, and the numericals are the S/N.

Their website calls rifles "SI-C" for 5.56 and "SI-D" for 7.62.

Why not just cross out the model and S/N and write the new info? Or if you want a cleaner looking form, I'm pretty sure you can just redo the forms (since you used a trust) altogether and send them back with a letter notifying them of your mistake.

Always look on the site. like a noveske is an N4, daniel defense is ddm4, gpi was SLR, all kinds of fun stuff with that. I had a few get sent back before i figured out what they meant. I thought they were all AR15s.
