Can the certificate of compliance and trust be signed electronically or do I have to print out, sign and scan to be attached

Not sure what you are asking about on the trust.  But the Cert has to be printed,signed,scanned, and downloaded.

I'm asking because you can sign the documents with Adobe, but i won't take the chance.

No COC required for legal entities, only for individuals...

ETA: Some examiners are particular and request them for trust, but as far as I know there have been no rejections in the Efile system for not having it.

I know of several people who have been told by the ATF that it is not required to Efile.
