Total NFA noob. There is a guy here locally here who was a serbu super shorty shotgun he is interested in trading me for a rifle. It is registered as an AOW so the transfer fee is $5 what form needs to be filled out and is the wait time for AOW's like that of getting a SBR or Suppressor stamp?

Same form (Form 4), same process, same wait.

Only thing different is you check the $5 tax box.

Form 4, fingerprints, photos and a CLEO that will sign if going individual. Go with a trust.
