Received my form 1 back today because I need to make this correction:

My Sheriff put "Tattnall County, Georgia" instead of my name. Easy to mis-interpret, unless you look at the italicized text below.

My question is, all I have to do is put a single line through "Tatnall . . . " and replace it with my name, right? Should I put it below the line and above the next paragraph? Seems thats the only place with room. Probably a silly question but I don't want to write it in the "wrong place" and have it kicked back to me again...

Should I initial and date or just initial?

I do NOT have personal experience, but it seems most recommend a single line with initials. Dating it was never mentioned so I don't believe its needed.

Bottom of the error form says initial AND date. So I did both. Better safe than sorry, right?
