It looks like December pending dates are about to start being approved. I just got my Form 1 sent back for corrections. I went pending Dec 7.
ETA scanned the forms in case they get lost in the mail, and mailed them back today. I'll call in a week or 2 to inquire status. |
. I have seven other forms sent in since those two. It's going to be a long year.

edit check received dec 7, cashed about a week later. so another month i guess. We are in the same boat. Check received on Dec. 7th...Cleared on Dec. 17th...Pending on Jan 3rd. this last month or two is gonna suck waiting. maybe i'll go get my lower engraved this week to feel better. |

| Saw where sara jones (TX, LA) has just approved a few pending dates as late as Nov 27 and Nov 30 in the last week. I'm pending Dec 6. Very hopeful I'm a week or so away. My sdn6 host is getting lonely! Called and they just said "sent to examiner for final approval" |

It was returned within a couple days and got a 2nd pending date of 4/22/13. It was approved on 4/26, and was in my hands on 5/3. |

I apologize for cluttering up the wait time thread, but I was at one time a little worried about the finger print cards not being good enough. If they weren't useable, would they have been returned by now, or should I be good? |

Well, my problem was my CLEO putting his county and state on the back of the form instead of my name. Frankly, until I read it closely I though it wanted the jurisdiction name too. |

I have been seeing this alot lately. More and more people are submitting forms now and alot of them are for the first time.. My first NFA purchase went pending 7 Dec, and problem status 29 April. I used a lawyer prepared trust, and a dealer that does a lot of NFA. I simply gave them my trust forms, let them do the papers, and signed where needed. I thought this would lessen the chances of mistakes, but apparently not. I'm curious to see who screwed up as well. Hopefully it's minor. |

I am blessed in that the woman who takes prints at the County Sheriff takes her job seriously (in as much as I'm not there to be booked anyway ), and actually had me at the scanner for about 20 minutes, trying to get good prints. I have meat glove hands and my prints are difficult to get without smudging horribly...
I went pending Dec 7, haven't called in a month. I'm soo, so hoping it'll be soon...my examiner is Frushour. |
| I have a first time trust and first time form 1. the way they ran it there is no actual schedule A yet, just a page I signed signing in 1000$ to the trust. I figured I was gonna do a proper schedule A removing the 1k and adding the SBR when approved. is this right? |
