Has anyone heard anything about delays or a closure of Ident? I sent them a lower in late October for a SBR NFA engraving and was told it would take 3-4 weeks to return. Then in late November I was told it would be sent back the following week. And now (for the pastcouple of weeks) I can't get a person on the phone nor can I get any response to email inquiries. Still no lower.
Hopefully they are just busy.

At some point in that time frame one of their machines went down for a week or so and put them behind.
I talked to them a few days before Christmas and all was well. They were running like normal. They are a semi-small family business and may have closed a few days over the holiday. |

I called them last week about a lower I sent in about 2 weeks before Christmas and got no answer, shot off a email and about an hour later was told 4-6 weeks. I got the tracking for the return 3 days later. Not to bad of a turnaround with a holiday in there in my opinion.
I have never used them before and I am impressed so far. I hope the work does not disappoint. |
 Well, it turns out my company email must have rejected an email sent to me last month asking for a clarification on the city/state information.  I got a response Friday alomg with an apology on (not needed) and they got it taken care of. Received a UPS shipping notification that it should be in my hands on Monday. I figured the recent vacuum of communication was due to the holidays and recent headline news. Thanks for the input from all of you.
