| I have been pending on 2 cans since June 19 so was expecting good news soon. Instead I got a problem status letter on Saturday. The problem was my dealer certified me on the 5330.20 and they are insisting that I self-certify. The dealer has certified before and looked at my passport before doing so. I sent the self-certify form back yesterday and am hoping now for early December, but this just seems odd. |

Yeah usually the person whos applying for registration suppose to certified that they're a US citizen or a legal resident. |

The very top of the 5330.20 makes it very clear who has to fill the form out and sign it. see how many threads are "who do I make the check out to?" on a month. We're supposed to send a check? No wonder mine keep getting denied. That or the 4 felony convictions for violent crimes. I keed, i keed
