Hey Guys
How clean is clean for a SBR? Would 2 class A's on somebodies record denie them a stamp? 83 they got a DWI and 89 they were charged with a 3rd. degree felony for growing dope that was reduced to a class A upon clean probation. (30 day work release jail time) They can clear a back ground check and they have a CCW Thanks! |

Assuming CO uses the same minimum standards as the GCA68 then you should be fine if you already have a CCW. Hopefully your CLEO will still sign off, my CLEO denies me due to allegations that never even went to court or resulted in an arrest. Trust route FTW. |
