HELP-ok, atf cashes check and still no pending over 2 months. Whats next step in getting someone at atf   to do something ?????? or admit paperwork is lost

They cash the check first! Then the wait begins. Your looking 4-6months.
You can call and check if it has gone pending at 304-616-4500 but don't make a habit of it.
You will need the name of the dealer or the name on the form 1.

Forget you submitted the paperwork. This has two upsides.
- you stop fretting over it now

- you have a nice 'out of the blue' surprise when it does get processed in a few months.

I am well versed in process,#8 stamp. My problem
Is it has not gone pending as they lost paperwork ,they have cashed check 2months ago

I had one that was "lost" for months...  until someone was smart enough to realize that they don't enter lower case "o" as Oh, then enter it as "0" Zero.



That was fun to figure out.

Makes absolutely difference if someone calls one time or 500 times a day.  It doesn't impact transfer times for anyone else.
