I have a Trust, with me as the Selletor or however you spell it, with 3 trustees. One is myself and 2 friends. Question is if one of my trustees wanted to buy a suppressor could they just add it to my trust or would they need to setup there own?

I dont mean to be a dick, but are you sure you want to share NFA items with friends?

Yes anyone could transfer an item into the trust via the correct form, the trust actually owns it.

Sure why not. If the worst they can do is steal a 1000 dollar suppressor they have already failed.

Not saying i would but just wondering if it was legal.
