I have a form 4 pending from an instate individual to me (no trust) that went pending Dec 7.

I send another form 4 from an instate individual last week. Both are for the same type of gun. (m11/9)

If i call and leave a message for my examiner is there any chance of getting the second form stuck with the first one once it goes pending too?

Probably not.  I tried a few months ago to to the same thing, but both guns where from my SOT to the same trust but were sent in about 2 months apart, the examiner told me they just take them in the order they come and that they couldn't move the other one up.

Thats what i figured.

I might call and ask anyway.

You have to be a good asker to be a good getter.

I have thought about sending in my forms with a box or two of thin mints just to see if they would come back sooner.

...which would result in some some folks in Atlanta getting all sugared up and cashing your check quicker, and a cranky letter from your examiner in WV 6 months later, putting you in problem status because they can't read your serial number with all that chocolate smeared over it...

I had an approved Form 4 that was covered with dried coffee stains. This was from the old gang, before the move to WV.
