Can anyone post an example on what I should put on my schedule of assignments for building a sbr before I send the paperwork in? Do I list on one line the lower and serial number and on another line, the upper specs? Any help would be appreciated.

Well, I never put the NFA weapon Im wishing to transfer to my trust on my schedule A.  People in the past have listed the NFA weapon on there trust before hand and have had it approved.  If this is your first NFA item I would just leave the Item you wish to be made into an NFA weapon off you schedule A and just put 1 dollar on the schedule A and list the serial number.  When I did my first NFA purchase on a trust i just listed 1 of my handguns on it to fund it. I just made boxes that said make, model, caliber, serial #, and type of firearm. After my NFA weapon was approved I listed it on my Schedule A.  Like I said people have listed there NFA weapon on a schedule A before it was Approved and had it approved,  you gonna hear of it going both ways unfortunately.  My thing with is that your seeking to transfer the Item to your trust so it should be listed till the Form 4 or Form 1 is approved.

If you have a Title I firearm that you're F1ing into a Title II item, I see no reason not to list it on the Schedule A if you've transferred the item to the trust.  You already own the Title I firearm.  The trust can possess it.

Definitely don't see any harm in it, didn't think about that.
