I formed a trust and sent in a copy of the declaration of trust.
A friend told me that was all I had to send but reading on here some have sent more than that. Was wondering if I messed up. Thanks for any info. |

I sent in everything but the schedule A. They are probably going to want the entire trust and if the trust language mentions a Schedule A or Schedule B they are going to want that also. Depends on the examiner but I'm guessing it will be a problem. Hopefully your examiner will call you and let you fax the missing stuff. Otherwise they will send it back with a form letter telling you what is missing. When you return it, it will go to the top of the pile so it's not a big deal. |
