When I first had my trust I simultaneasly put in for a SBR and suppressor ( I since have both).  Going to register another lower and I was told from my Class III dealer that I need to now include a addendum.  My question is do I need to include this with my trust and if I do what should it be?  A copy of form 4's?  Just a written letter giving descriptions and serial #'s?

Any help is always appreciated.

Well, it depends on your trust language.  Does your trust make reference to a "Schedule A."  If it does do you have a Schedule A?  If not how does you trust list the trust assets?

I have a schedule A that I never updated. How so you update it?  Thanks

Schedule A is what is on my trust. I'm waiting for my first Form 4 so it was blank but my dealer recommended I add something in there so ATF can see the trust is active and has property.  I just added one of my rifles that's permanent to my collection.

You can always add cash too to have real property in the trust.  I started off with $400.00 then listed my items as I purchased them under the trust.

Do both and keep your schedule updated when something is added or removed
