Ok... I'm finally sending in my Form 1. Been wanting to send it in for a couple weeks now. I'd like to do it today. I just want to make sure of some things first. I read the How to up top... But I just want to make sure.

1) I have the lower I want to register... do I add the item to the property page on the trust before I send the paperwork in or do I wait until it comes back?
I'm assuming since I already own it put it on the property list

2) When signing the trust I am the Grantor and the primary trustee ( I have successor trustee's as well) Do I sign my name then print "Trustee", "Grantor" or "Grantor and Trustee"?

You should put the lower in the trust as it is going to be making the sbr.

And as the main trustee you should just put that as your title.

When signing the trust doc you are signing as the grantor.

I thought he was talking about the form 1. Yes you need to sign the trust in both spots, If you are the trustee and the grantor.
