Why is this an NFA Item, and a LAW tube is not?

Isn't a LAW tube "fully operational"?
It just needs to be reloaded with a live projectile, or subcal device. Yes, I know LAWs are a one shot weapon, and that there shouldn't be any live rounds around without a tube. So, what is the opinion on a PIAT launcher? I'm just trying to get the difference. Of course, it could be one of those ATF opinion things, we all know they make sense. |
