Why is this an NFA Item, and a LAW tube is not?

Isn't a LAW tube "fully operational"?

It just needs to be reloaded with a live projectile, or subcal device.

Yes, I know LAWs are a one shot weapon, and that there shouldn't be any live rounds around without a tube.

So, what is the opinion on a PIAT launcher?

I'm just trying to get the difference.

Of course, it could be one of those ATF opinion things, we all know they make sense.

The Panzerschrek can be reloaded,

A LAW cannot (at not easily maybe at factory)
