form 1 is submitted with "current city"
lower is engraved with "current city PA" you move in-state while form is in the process how would you notify the ATF? would you need to fill out a new Form 1? would you need to engrave "new city, PA" on the receiver? how does this work? |

I'm guessing no action necessary. In state moves do not require a 5320.20. At the time of the form 1 being filed, the info was correct. You could always ask ATF, but may regret the answer. that's kind of what i was thinking, but i am just going to cross my fingers and hope for a Christmas miracle last year i submitted five form 1's in beginning of november and got them back by the end of january i submitted this one in mid-october so i'm hoping for the same thing |

THis happened to me this year and they sent me a certified copy of the approved form with no stamp on it. We are on good terms with our current landlords so I am not worried about not getting the mail. I am more concerned with having to engrave it again. But if the form says "current city" and the engraving matches. I don't know if that will cause any concerns |
