$10,000-$19,000
$200 tax stamp
BCG
Selector
Shelf in receiver
Radius cuts on bottom of upper receiver

.... and this

I may have missed something, so maybe someone will chime in

The upper and BCG can be 'full auto' on a Semi AR. It is just the lower config that matters.

If you are comparing true lowers, then the fire control group: hammer and trigger are different, plus a FA sear and pin.

On full auto is there anything that delays the hammer until the bolt is in battery? <Phil S.>

Yes. It's called the auto sear.

A semi-auto is a malfunctioning full-auto.

Rough idea:
The little doohicky at the back is the auto sear and is tripped by the bolt carrier when the bolt closes.

Watch it a few times, it shows multiple modes

(it's not perfect and i didn't make it)

Auto has two disconnectors, a notch on top rear of hammer ( cutoff smooth on semi), and a 3 position selector.

or a lightning link, or RDIAS is installed

Only 3-round burst, or 4-position enhanced fire control groups have two disconnectors.  Regular old full auto FCG has only one disconnector.

A gimmick, in my opinion.

More to fail, and there have been reports of less than stellar reliability...

This. I satisfied my curiosity of m16s with a cheap $150 airsoft gun. Im going to try the 4-pos kit soon on it soon, just to see how it works.

Better hope you didn't get one of those airsoft M16s that are now classified as real firearms, otherwise you would have a machinegun!
