I'm in the market for a new supressor. Turns out that AV Guns (American Vintage) in Sarasota, FL has what I'm looking for in stock.
Before making a deal with someone I've never met before, I thought I'd do a quick background check here on ARFCOM. Has anyone here worked with Felix on an NFA purchase? |
| I haven't gotten anything from them myself, but I did talk to them a couple of times about items they had for sale. Seems like good guys, got back to emails with questions I had in a timely fashion. They have good feedback on gunbroker as well for what its worth. Their prices seem really high on alot of things on gunbroker, not sure if you get a better price in their store. |

They didn't offer anything off the retail price - and considering its an in-state sale, I'll have to pay sales tax on top of that. So it's not sounding like a good price. I'd be willing to pay the extra $$$ if the guy's got a good reputation and, the item is in stock (not a form 3 transfer) I've heard a lot of really good things about Major Malfunction - but I've been unable to get any of my emails or phone calls returned 
so I I'm shopping around in-state. |
