| I'm moving from Nebraska to North Carolina next month and sent in a Form 5320.20 to let the BATFE know. They returned the form saying "Please provide a signed statement verifying you qualify to possess a short barrel rifle in NC. Reference 14-288.8(b)(4) NC State Law." Is there anything special I need to say to make sure this gets approved? |
