| I want to sbr a glock (in a command arms roni stock). What gets engraved? The frame of the donor glock? |

Not entirely correct.
When engraving a serial number, then it has to go on the frame or receiver. Since the gun in question already has a serial number, that part is done and in the proper place. When engraving other required information (Name, location, etc), it can go on the barrel, frame or receiver. This is the information added by people SBRing an already existing gun. |

Actually engraving the exposed portion of the barrel would be fine. I even thought about mentioning that, but I thought it would be too small, however there is no minimum size for markings other that the serial number, so if you give yourself or your trust a short name and live in a city with a short name and find a good CNC or laser guy, your good to go.
Now you have me curious. I might do one myself. the only thing holding me back was not wanting to engrave the polymer. ETA: I just went and looked at my model 23...not a lot of room there! I held it up against the engraving on one of my SBRs and even though the font on the SBR is very small it would not come close to fitting. Let me know how it works out. I would like to do one of mine. |

All the AOW's we build are getting engraved on the barrels |
