2X Completed Form 1's
2X Certification of Compliance 1X (Notarized) copy of trust 1X $200.00 Check to the DOJ All in an envelope ready to be sent to Martinsburg. First NFA Item, and I'm nervous Im goin to dick something up. Am I missing anything?

The reason you send 2 Form 1's is that ATF keeps one and you get the other one back. You do not get your Certification of Compliance back, so you only need to send one. Everytthing else sounds like you are good to go. |

The current plan (subject to change) is... A seekins precision billet lower mated with a BCM 11.5. to be furnished hopefully with an M4-2000, tucked nicely into a 12" larue rail. Magpul Green Icing all the way around. |

The current plan (subject to change) is... A seekins precision billet lower mated with a BCM 11.5. to be furnished hopefully with an M4-2000, tucked nicely into a 12" larue rail. Magpul Green Icing all the way around. Or how you'd ever get the can off of the mount as the release would be under the rail. =) Sorry, but probably going to work. |

Everytthing else sounds like you are good to go. What he said. If you sent 2 it isn't a big deal as it shouldn't make a difference(I did this with my first sbr). I've read on here that people have sent just standard photo copies of trust in without any issue but I'd send in a notarized copy just to be on the safe side. Many banks will make a notarized copy for free if you are a client. I just get one of the legal assistants to make me notarized copies of mine at a law firm I do IT support for. She also has scans off all of my stuff which is a nice backup. |

I stand corrected. I was originally told that the inside diameter on the larue rail was big enough to accomodate, and leave permenantly attached... Just got my email back from larue. Inside diameter is 1.01. which means my original plan is a no go.... No biggie though, that was just a cosmetic preferance anyway... Ive got MONTHS to figure it out
