The ATF Form 1 states that the photo's taken can be up to 1 year prior . I have looked @ the ATF and FBI reg's and nowhere does it state how old the fingerprint cards can be. The reason I am asking is I have some old fingerprint cards and was wondering if they will be accepted. They are on the correct FBI form FD-258. They were used by my employer (initial pre-employment screening) and then returned to me. They are 10yrs old. Thanks in advance for the help. I had BRD before , now I have SBR BRD.

I would probably get new ones, it isn't like it is that difficult.  I have heard "1 year" a million places on the internet, but I have used ones that are 2 years old before and it didn't cause a hiccup.
