Ok - I've successfully done several Form 1's for SBRs, now I am going for my first suppressor (courtesy of Gemtax Promo)
Am I correct that - like the Form 1 - I need to submit: - 2x copies of the completed Form 4 - 2x copies of the 5330.20 (citizenship form) - 1x full copy of my Trust (including Certification of Trust) - 1x copy of Assignment of Property (whicg right now lists the SBRs but NOT the 'pending' can) thanks fellas! |
Never had an assignment of property, but only have two NFA items in my trust currently. Need to send your check in obviously 
I've heard differing info on the number of copies for the trust, seems to depend on the examiner, to be safe I would send duplicate copies of everything. What's a little more paper to avoid more ATF hassle? |
