I made up a trust using Quicken Will Maker a few years ago. I would now like to add a SBR AR 15 and suppressor to the trust. How do I add these items? After adding the items, do I have to get anything re-notorized? My PC crashed since I made my first revocatable trust so any info that would've been already on my PC is lost.

It depends on the conditions for adding that you placed in your original trust. Most likely all you have to do is use an Assignment of Property form and assign an item to the appropriate schedule of your trust.
