[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Form 4 Error - what next?

I'm relatively new to the NFA scene - I have four applications into the BATFE, but haven't received my first tax stamp yet.

I was comparing two different form 4s prepared by two different dealers and discovered two differences.

Section 9 - Consent to Disclosure of Information to Transferee
My dealer did not circle "I Do" or "Do Not"

Section 15 - Signature
I think I signed it improperly. I signed it as a "Firstname Lastname" instead of "Firstname Lastname As Trustee"

So what happens now? ...and how long will this set me back?

EDIT - I called the dealer about these 2 items and he told me not to sweat it.
I want to believe him, but when dealing with the government I'm pretty skeptical.
