| getting ready to send off my paper work for a sbr and my question is: do i send the original print of my trust or can it be a copy? |
|
Quoted: Copies are fine and you only need to send one copy of the trust documents but 2 copies of the Form 1 (one for them to keep and one to send to you with the stamp on it). Thanks. I'm actually sending in Form 4. 1 or 2 copies of the Certification of Compliance? Do they have to be notarized? Thanks -TheGunCollector- |

No, it does not have to be notarized. Thanks. One more question: This is my second purchase through the trust. My first didn't have a Schedule A with any items since we just created it and there was nothing to put in it ( we thought we had put $10 in it, but I guess not ). Do I have to get the Schedule A notarized now that it's an addition to my trust, and includes new assets ( my 1st suppressor I bought ). Thanks for the help!!! This process seems simple, yet stressful at the same time!! |
