Copy. Be sure to include your schedule A. Doesn't matter if the notary stamp doesn't copy well.

I was under the impression that the copies needed to be notarized.

Just copies of the original, notarized trust is fine?

Copies are fine and you only need to send one copy of the trust documents but 2 copies of the Form 1 (one for them to keep and one to send to you with the stamp on it).

Thanks.  I'm actually sending in Form 4.

1 or 2 copies of the Certification of Compliance?  Do they have to be notarized?

Thanks

1 copy of the CoC.

No, it does not have to be notarized.

One more question:

This is my second purchase through the trust.  My first didn't have a Schedule A with any items since we just created it and there was nothing to put in it ( we thought we had put $10 in it, but I guess not ).

Do I have to get the Schedule A notarized now that it's an addition to my trust, and includes new assets ( my 1st suppressor I bought ).

Thanks for the help!!!  This process seems simple, yet stressful at the same time!!

No. Just include a copy of your current Schedule A. No notary required.
