| Quick question once I get my form one back approved how do I show the item is added to the trust. I have my schedule A for the trust, do I just type the new firearm in there, and have all settlors and trustees sign it. Or do I need to have it notarized for each item added to it. |
| As long as the declaration of trust includes wording to the effect of "The Grantor may add property to the trust." You don't need a resign if this wording exists in your trust. If that isn't in your trust, and amendments are mentioned to the effect of "An amendment must be made in writing and signed by the grantor." Then you could amend the trust to add the item (s) and then sign it yourself. If neither of these wordings are included - you may need a new notary signature to make official your changes. Keep in mind state law varies from locale to locale. |

I have three receivers getting shipped next week for engraving, and when they get back in goes the form ones. |
