So, I reviewed my NFA Trust document that my lawyer created for me. He's said all his other clients never had an issue with this document.
I don't have a page dedicated to "Schedule of Assets", what I do have as a part of my NFA Trust document is "Transfer of Assets" which states that the Settlor (myself) will transfer to the Trustee (my brother) an item and list the item i.e. ITEM 1: $10 cash is that the same thing? and i submitted it to the BATF as such, do you think i'll have an issue? They cashed my check right before their mini-vacay from the snow. Should I wait a month till i call in for a status update? Thanks! |
