I am new to this SBR thing and have a few questions. Do I need a form 1 or form 4 if I plan on buying a complete SBR from a class 3 dealer. I have seen threads on how to fill out a form 1 but nothing on a form 4. Any help will help.

From a dealer, Form 4. It's very similar to filling out a Form 1, but your dealer should complete the required information so all you have to do is sign, take to sheriff for signature, and fill in sheriff office's info.
