I'm doing the paperwork for my 1st SBR and am tired of staring at this form looking for an answer. Tell me if I did this correctly.
My name in block 1 and 2 United States of America in block 3 Sign/date block 7....is that all? Is there a current electronic version of this form? I got the electronic versions of the Form 1 filled out and printed. Fingerprint forms for Monday. Pictures after work today. Down to this silly form....I keep looking for something cosmic to fill out but keep thinking I'm missing something. Thanks for the help. Howard |
