The BATFE has stated that you do not "need to" but it is advisable to send a certified copy to them, especially if your previous trust was invalid. The reason for sending it certified is to protect yourself if at sometime in the future it becomes an issue and they say they never received it. However, I would not anticipate receiving any response from the BATFE...or if you do, it will likely be a year or so later. Thus, like in all things with the BATFE, it is best to CYA and send a copy.

What prompted  you to redo the previous trust you made with Quicken Lawyer?

I have not redone it at this time just thinking it my be a good idea
but I have read many posts about
trust and problems with them so I worried that the
atf will tell me that my trust is invalid and then I will be f@ck
Just the side of me that worries and I do not
want to give up my SBR
