im shooting a beretta 90-two with a trident on the end...

i know with rifles, i have to worry about the bullet weight when i go quiet

what about a pistol?

i kno 147 is the usual grain for subsonic 9mm rounds but i found some 158 grains that i can get pretty cheap. am i good to go?

my main question is will the heavy bullets i can put thru the pistol stabilize?

i dont want any baffle strikes here boys

thanks

Try shooting some of the ammo unsuppressed at a target at around 10' or so and see if you have nice round holes, or if you have somewhat oblong holes.  If they're stable at 10' you should be good to go.

BTW, where are you finding "inexpensive" 158 gr. ammo?
