I am familiar with all the business aspects of owning a class III and renting it out, liability etc.
My question is: Can a person own a class III and charge others to shoot it if it is owned by an LLC and be legal with firearms laws? I know the person would have to be present at all times. |

There was a stir awhile back as to whether it was legal to rent out post-86 dealer samples (obviously by dealers) and IIRC the The ATF said no. However at the Creek .. you are paying an exorbant price for ammo at the range and they are providing a gun for you to shoot said ammo - legal. |
