I have read the bookmarked topics, but I am still unsure on which Form 1 to use. There is one for 2004 and another for 2007, Which one? A link to a pdf (one that can be fille out) for the correct form would be great..

Thanks for the help, but both 2004 and 2007 forms were posted. Which ones an I supposed to use?
Also in the 2007 form, what goes in section 13 on the first line? It states "Name of Maker but the wording leading up to that does not make sense. It looks like the county is supposed to go there but underneath the line is wants the "Name of Maker". Thanks for the help. This is my first form 1. |

Use this one this is the newest one and what you get from the BATF if you have them sent to you. My last form 1 took 6 weeks and I just got it back on the 12-29. |

Use the Sept 07 form, the revision date's on the lower right of the front page.

Thanks but I still need to know what goes in Section 13. Kharn Thanks for the help. I have done MG's and suppressor, but not SBR's. My dealer usually fills out the forms and I just take them to the CLEO office and he signs.
