Do I really need to fill out the citizenship form and send it off with my form 1 or is it only needed in I am not a citizen? I also an sendin two form ones and do I mail them in seperate envelopes or together to get done faster?

yes you need to fill out the citizenship form and both form 1s 2 figerprint cards and a check all in the same envelope

Must fill it out or you will get it back in the mail to do, adding time...
All in one envelope. 1 is for them, and 1 is what they put your stamp on and send back to you.

I a doing two sets of form 1's for two SR's. Should I putthem all in one envelope or two sererate envelops?

I put mine in two seperate envelopes, then put both in one priority mail envelope..

I would just stick everything in one big envelope .. no need in over-complicating the issue

The only thing is I would take each of the two "sets" (print card,F1,Crt-of-cit,) and paper-clip the 3 items together so you have two clone sets of paperwork, but kept seperate.  This follows the "cave man simple" principal for whoever takes your paperwork out of the envelope. so nothing gets mixed.
