Trust created in State that does not allow suppressors.

Individual temporarily lives in suppressor friendly state.

Can individual purchase a suppressor in friendly state, have it registered to trust,
even though trust was created (and registered to address) in non friendly state?

(As long as only used in suppressor friendly state.)

Thank you.

I don't believe so because your address must match your permanent address.  All forms and ID's must have the same address.  Plus you wouldnt be able to take your suppressor back with you anyway.

Can one not change their address, to move within NFA friendly states?

I've got an address on my form that is going to change, more than likely, before I am approved for my form 4.

Short answer is get a lawyer, and probably yes.

Long answer probably involves something along the lines of having another trustee in the Free state.  Presumably you'll leave the weapon/device in the free state anyway.  But generally speaking, you can invoke the law of any state under a trust, and you could make the trust situs in the free state.

Pay to play.  Get a lawyer.  It seems unnecessary b/c of the tinfoil hat yahoos on here with Willmaker, but you should do it.  Go to a gun org for gun-friendly lawyers.  I bet you can get it done for $500 or so.  Not all that much if you're into NFA.
