| You can fill it in by hand. Just make sure it is done in blue or black ink, and clearly written. Generally your dealer should already have it mostly filled in for you missing only your and your CLEO signature (if applicable). It should be as neat as possible as this is going to be the same form returned to you with the stamp on it, also you don't ever want to be in the situation where there is some debate as to what the serial number actually is. When I do form 1's I generally let me wife fill in all of the information as my penmanship leaves much to be desired. |
