OK so I've got my: Form 1 complete and signed (I love San Angelo)  2 sets of fingerprints cards 1 Passport Photo 1 Check for $200 Am I ready to mail it off? |

When filling out the certificate of compliance. Question two ask for the name of the person to certify my citizenship. Can a friend or co-worker just fill that out And then what gets answered under question 4? Is the INS or admission number just a social security number? |
No. That is where you put YOUR name if you are using a trust, LLC or corp (which goes in Question One). This is a self-certification form: No one except the applicant signs it. By doing so, you are certifying that you are a citizen, or a qualified non-citizen applicant.
If you aren't a U.S. citizen, you are an alien, so you must put your INS-issued alien number in Question 4. Then answer Question 5 and 6. If you are an alien without an INS-issued number, you are in the U.S. illegally, and should not be acquiring NFA items. |
