Ok, just got my second stamp back and my question is this:

Do I go back to WillMaker, create & print a Amended and Restated Declaration of Trust which will add new NFA item to Schedule A and Assignment of Property, then go get it notarized again, and add it to my original Declaration of Trust?

Thanks for any input!

I'd like to know this aswell.  As far as I understood it, you don't have to get it re-notarized.  Just ammend the Scedule A and Assignment of Property.  (Don't take that as stone, just how I interpreted Willmaker.)

Hopefully someone with more knowledge will show up.

Don't finalize your trust in Willmaker.  That way, it is always easy to go back and make changes to your assignment and Schedule A.

Are you kidding me?  Don't finalize your trust?  You can make a schedule A in MS Word and update it.  Simple enough.

In Willmaker you just open your trust document.  You have 3 options, Amend, Revoke or Print Original Trust document.  Choose AMEND and click next.  Then choose add or remove property and click next.  Add the property and when you get to the end print the amendments.  It will print the new schedule A and assignment of property form.

It's not much easier than that.

It will still let you alter the items in your trust if you finalize the trust.  I still made a backup of the trust before I did it though just in case
