If I have a registered SBR and for some reason the lower receiver (for an AR-15) gets destroyed, will the ATF let me replace it without paying another Tax Stamp (like a 1 for 1 swap)? Just curious.

Sorry, unless you can get it repaired, you'll have to file and make a new sbr.
