Sorry but I searched and couldn't find any answers.

I have two pictures that I took of myself, but does anyone know how the ATF likes them attached to the forms? (Tape, staple, paper clip) ------ OK I searched "photographs" and "photograph" and didn't find any relevant posts.  Now, about 7 post down from mine I see the same question asked and the answer was glue.  Is this the best method?

I just came from my local police department and apparently, the Chief is out long term.  The sole captain of the department gladly signed the form, but signed in the top portion, indicating he is the Chief law enforcement officer.  He did not sign in the lower "designee" section.  I noticed this when I got home, but think it might be ok, as he is the top officer until the Chief comes back.  Do people agree with my opinion or should I re-type the form and ask him to sign again?

I stapled mine
If the chief is out long term he may be the acting chief, I wouldnt worry about it

I taped mine on all four sides.  It was still attached on the one I got back. 8 weeks later.  Can't complain, at least it was approved.  As far as the chief, I'm sure the borough council or city gov made some sort of official change such as "acting officer in charge" or something to that effect.
