For OAL, do you measure with stock extended or collapsed? What's the OAL for a 10.5" w/AAC 18 tooth Phantom & Magpul CTR stock? And the OAL for above w/A2 FH? teamroper |

With the stock extended. To figure length, measure with a 16"+ barrel, then subtract the difference. A 10.5" barrel is 5.5 inches shorter than a 16" barrel, fer instance, so OAL will also be 5.5" shorter. Flashhiders do not count unless they are permanently pinned or welded to the barrel, so length with a particular FH is irrelevant. Just measure from the bare muzzle. |
