If there are any transferable ones in existence at all they will probably number fewer than Vietnam AK bringbacks. Vz61 didn't come out until 1961 and the iron curtain didn't fall until the late 80s, well past the 1968 cut off date.

My local shop in GA when I lived there had a post sample. That thing was sweeeet. I haven't seen any transferables advertised.

I do not know if any transferrable ones exist, but I do know that there are at least two pre-86 dealer samples out there.
