OK I am ready to set up a trust to be able to order a Supressor. Here is my question.

The county I live in does not have any Class III dealers. If I want to order a supressor from another company who do I have it transfered to?

Sorry for the stupid question.

edit....if anyone knows any Class III dealers in the El Paso area, let me know. Any good Tx dealers would be helpfull also.

Your state is a big one, you can have any dealer in TX transfer it to you.

If worst comes to worst, a Type I FFL can transfer it for you, but it will require and extra $200 transfer tax: Form 4 from the suppressor manufacturer to your FFL, then another Form 4 from your FFL to you.
