I have some questions. I would like to own a NFA weapon. SBR, possibly supressed. What forms do I need, and how do I go about getting them all? If someone could maybe give me a step by step, so I know exactly how to do it all. Is there a length on how short I can go? Will it affect my chances any differently if I chose a 7.5 inch barrel, or a 10.5 inch? This qeustion is kinda dumb, but are the supressors flash/sound or just flash? Anyones help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks. |

On a SBR you can choose whatever length you want. As long as you are gtg with the federal govt you will be approved As for a suppressor, find a CIII dealer in your AO and they will help guide you through the process. For an SBR look through the forums for Form 1 info |
