I am in the process of transferring in my first SBR (1) on a form 4. Just want to double check my Class 2/3 dealer. Items to send in: (2) completed form 4's with passport pics and CLEO signoff (2) completed sets FBI fingerprint cards (1) personal check for $200 Mail to the Atlanta address posted in the 1st thread My CLEO signed off my form 4 in blue ink. Will I have any problems? |

In Missouri we have to have a C&R (Collecters) FFL before we can transfer any NFA weapons into our name. Maybe having the C&R would already prove citizenship? But as you said it is still probably best to fill out a Citizenship form and send it in anyway just for the added insurance of having everything required for processing. |
