A previous post says the only place to download the correct Form 4 is from titleii, but I was looking at the atf website and found a pdf form 4 with the correct Atlanta mailing address. Was this just added to the ATF website? I want to make sure I'm using the correct form for a MG purchase. It's entitled "Application for tax paid transfer and registration of firearm" thanks |

Yes thats the new form atf came up with.. however they do not accept it(yes thats right thay do not accept their own NEW form), as it has the atf sig block on the back you need the old one www.titleii.com/pdf/010205-Form4.pdf from another site
