I am setting up a trust for a suppressor I just bought and for all of my future NFA items and have a few questions:

1) Should I list the suppressor I will be sending in a form 4 for in the schedule A of the trust document?
2) Does it matter what the Trust is named?
3) Do I need to send a copy of the trust document to the ATF?

You dont need to send in a schedule A with your Form 4

2) Does it matter what the Trust is named?

In Willmaker 2006 it will be your full name, not sure on other versions.

3) Do I need to send a copy of the trust document to the ATF?

You will send in a copy of the Certification of Trust along with your 2 Form 4's and $200
