Sent off my second Form 1 > General NFA Questions

This one won't be nearly as bad as the last because I already have a SBR to keep me warm

Some say this is kind of lame but my second Form 1 is for a 14.5" upper. I find it highly annoying to have the flash hider pinned on. So I'm paying $200 to not have that annoyance

Next up is a Form 1 for my Remington 870 and then a suppressor or two

This one seems to be moving faster than the last. They cashed my check this past Friday. I hope to see the paper work in the mail by this Friday or beginning of next week. After you have your first the wait on the next form is a whole lot easier to take

My first was for a SBR. Then I did 3 suppressors and that wait was UNBEARABLE. Way worse than my SBR, but I have wanted Suppressors since I don't remember when. I think after I got the suppressors, any more waits will be easy.

Yeah, I think the first suppressor will be a long wait. Worthwhile but long

Just talked with the BATFE Office and my form was approved yesterday the 19th (My Birthday

). It went in the mail today and I expect to see it probably Monday or Tuesday of next week!

ETA: Just noticed that the form was approved exactly 1 month to the day after I sent it.

Did your form 1 have the approval signature on the second page? I need to get several form 1's and thought there was some discussion a while back about rejections with a specific version of the form 1.

Went to the ATF website and they did not have the PDF version of Form 1. Title II website has it, but wanted to make sure it was the most recent and correct.

Can someone clarify this?

Ironically, it looks like the one on titleii.com is screwed up now. Might be time to order some paper Form 1's from the ATF Distribution Center and find a typewriter.
